David Martinez
David Martinez
Tier 1 Hardware Guru & Wi-Fi Dead Spot Zapper
A self-professed Geek from the Nintendo Generation, David was often caught up in the “oohs and aahs” that computer gaming had to offer. He enthusiastically embraced the wonders of the “what’s next?” tech headspace. This kept him motivated to learn, keep trying, and most importantly, experiencing what life had to offer.
Turning a lifelong hobby into a successful career is no small task. Routing himself through the restaurant industry on his way there may have taken longer, but David ended up with valuable customer service skills. Combining his passion for IT with his top-shelf ability to help clients empowers him to do what he loves: troubleshooting, solving problems, and gladly sharing his skills with the clients who depend on him.
He professes, “To switch career paths was a difficult choice. But I took a risk to do something I was always good at and really enjoyed. My wife’s encouragement and belief in me made all the difference. ”
Although he respects that his wife is the therapist in the family, David lightheartedly admits he too is often involved in crisis management when helping clients through a difficult situation. Today, his hunger for learning keeps him at the ready for technological advances that could benefit his clients.
Based on his experience in business management, David is empathetic to the demands and responsibilities placed upon business owners. Regardless of switching careers, his commitment to serving others remains intact.

Blake Reed
Blake Reed
Tier 1 Mac Magician & Water damage restoration
According to Blake, infusing a life-long interest, embodying integrity through his services and creating great connections with clients “doesn’t feel like work.” He realizes that he’s lucky to be in a career that has captivated him since childhood.
With encouragement from his family — his grandpa and mom in particular, what started out as a desire to upgrade his computer for gaming purposes turned into a fulfilling career. The discovery of Newegg’s expansive computer-related offerings opened a world that welcomed him. And based on extremely positive customer service outcomes, spending all those allowances on computer parts certainly paid off.
The influence of his father and close business mentors taught him to aspire and achieve integrity through a host of best practices: Show up on time. Communicate and follow-up. Make things right no matter what. Take responsibility for your products and services. All of these unite to establish trust and ensure that you are giving quality service.
A social person by nature, he considers each interaction with a client an opportunity to build a relationship – a friendship really. Over a decade of experience including IT support, testing software, and a degree in behavioral science offer Blake a unique approach for solving problems. Discovering the correct piece to the puzzle that ultimately provides a solution is one of the best things about his job, which definitely doesn’t feel like work.

Bruno Florindo
Bruno Florindo
Tier 1Tech Translator, residential and individuals
Patience, or “paciência” in his native Portuguese, was paramount to life and learning in Bruno’s family while growing up. He considers himself lucky to have been influenced by such a supportive, ethical and encouraging family.
As an adult, Bruno’s patience has proven to be a quality that endears him to clients who struggle to understand the often-complicated subject matter of IT. An ethical, needs-based approach to salesmanship and services ensures that his clients get what they need rather than overloading them with unnecessary and costly expenses. An ever-growing following of loyal clients is a definite sign that they feel lucky too.
When it comes to serving clients he says,
“I treat people well. Some are fearful and have been treated in a condescending way by other trainers or techs. I care about them and enjoy simplifying concepts and putting things in a language that isn’t confusing. It’s all about making their lives as easy as possible and offering them the best tools to do that.”
Bruno’s older cousin may have awakened his interests in computers at an early age, but using his knowledge to help others, solving problems and being appreciated for all of it keeps him in a career he truly enjoys.
Whether he’s working, creating in the kitchen, or playing the piano for friends and family, Bruno strives for a work-life balance that is considerate of his wife and children. He’s discovered having dinner ready for the family when they come home at the end of the day is a great source of joy for all. Just ask his wife.

Kunal Gorakshakar
Kunal Gorakshakar
Printer Wrangler: Document management solutions, paper and paperless
Businesses that adapt and evolve survive — hard stop. Kunal embraces this philosophy for himself and his clients. Today’s business climate demands flexible strategies that keep client needs front-and-center, a priority Kunal ensures. He moves with his clients, for his clients, and provides the tools they need to succeed.
Watching his parents’ steadfast and resilient approach to their work while facing inflexibility and routine helped Kunal discover the importance of his own freedom in the Document Solution projects he chooses. With freedom comes responsibility. And he’s up for the task. Designing, installing and managing systems based on a business’ real-life usage and goals offer an ethical, custom approach that helps cultivate long-term clients.
Guiding his clients is both effective for the client and enjoyable for Kunal as well. Personal interactions that educate, and identify cost-savings are favored practices. He states,
“My goal is to give my clients the best tools to manage and grow their business. I take good care of people, and their relationships mean a lot to me. For example, a client called to tell me one of his 30 printers broke down and needed replacing. I told him I wanted to assess his usage via our monitoring software before making a recommendation. I determined he could avoid an unnecessary and costly expense by moving a seldom-used printer into its place. He agreed. Problem solved.”
Kunal’s highest reward comes by helping a business realize their potential, and keep their momentum for continued growth and innovation. He truly enjoys the evolution.

David Amer
Tier 2 & VoIP Phone Wizard
The what, why, where and how of David’s interest and enthusiasm bloomed the first time his dad brought home a computer. Sure, it was the size of a bookcase, but that only added to the wonderment. The freedom to take it apart and put it back together revealed his keen aptitude for the work, and lit a fire for a decades-long career. He never lost sight of pursuing this dream that has brought him so much joy.
Being curious by nature and never satisfied with a “no,” David explored other careers including the medical field, but none quite fit. Now, he relays concepts to doctors and other business owners that address the health and wellbeing of their IT networks. He explains that the similarities between a virus’ ability to invade and conquer in healthcare and within an IT system, illuminates the need for care and prevention of both.
David’s degree in IT Engineering from George Mason University coupled with his aptitudes, interests and experience offers a well-rounded cache of skills he draws from every day with his clients.
When it comes to job satisfaction, building relationships with his clients through education is paramount. It’s always a great day when he’s onsite serving as the interface for people to gain knowledge and understanding of their business’ IT management needs.

Jorge Sandoval

But those who can diagnose the problem, accurately put it back together, and ensure a speedy outcome hold a special status among parents and others. This key aptitude led Jorge down a career path that helped him discover a gift he shares with his clients today.

A challenging shift in his uncle’s career opened an entire world for Misha. At a young age, Misha traveled to job sites with his uncle and learned the ways of the telecommunication industry. Serving as an unofficial journeyman apprentice, he was showered with indispensable real-life experience and opportunities to embrace responsibility that would translate into a career of his own.
